The event is taking place at Tamworth Assembly Rooms on Wednesday November 18, when a panel made up of representatives from Tamworth Borough Council, Staffordshire County Council, Staffordshire Police and the NHS will be answering your questions.
The event, which will be chaired by Mike Thomas of TCR FM, will be split into three themes; healthier communities, safer communities and regeneration & growth.
The panel will consist of Leader of Tamworth Borough Council, Cllr Daniel Cook, Police and Crime Commissioner for Staffordshire, Matthew Ellis; Staffordshire County Councillor Ben Adams and Chair of the NHS South East Staffs & Seisdon Peninsula Clinical Commissioning Group, Dr John James.
The Assembly Rooms will open at 7pm and the Question Time event will start at 7.30pm. It is expected to finish at around 9.30pm.
TCR FM will be broadcasting live from the Question Time for the third year, so anyone not able to come along will be able to follow the debate.
Tickets for the event are free of charge and can be obtained from Tamworth’s Information Centre, located in the Philip Dix Centre in Corporation Street. There is a limited number of 200 tickets for the Question Time event, which will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
Leader of the Council, Cllr Daniel Cook, said, “This event is part of our ‘Tamworth Listens’ initiative and I hope as many people as possible will attend. We want to know what people think about where they live and work and what we, as a council, can do to improve it.”
