Witness Appeal for Van Driver

AntiCrimeStaffordshire Police is appealing for a witness to come forward following an attempted burglary at the home of a 90-year-old woman.

At around mid-day on May 18, the resident of a home in the Glascote area of Tamworth disturbed a male who had entered her property.  The male then proceeded to run from the property and was followed by the resident’s neighbour.

The neighbour flagged down a van driver and asked him to take a picture of the suspect, which the neighbour believes he did.

Are you the driver or do you have any information about who the driver may be?? Staffordshire Police would like to speak to this important witness.  If you have any information, please call 101 and quote reference 317 of May 18.
